And the majority of these people want Jason and William to make, for their final battle: “any New Orleans dish of their choosing.” So gentlemen, you have your instruction. My only caveat will be: please limit your entry to ONE dish. It may be tempting to cook a New Orleans feast but let’s not be wasteful. One dish of your choice prepared extremely well. Best of luck!
